You might want to seek permission from Brad at Stardock before you distribute these fish animations. They are currently owned by Stardock and they might not like you extracting their resources without permission. Brad is not actively selling his product so if you asked them - he might just let you use them. You won't know until you try.

At the very least give a credit to Brad/Stardock so others will know where the high quality fish animations came from.
